QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or higher degree
- Min. 4 years of HR experience as generalist or HR BP in a multinational company
- Experience in establishing and deploying new HR processes or projects (organizational development, C&B, digital HR systems etc) at company level
- Very good level of MS Office applications
- Having analytical and self initiative mindset with process oriented work discipline
- Strong reporting and project management skills
- Fluency in English
- No travel restriction (the position holder will be visiting Çerkezköy & Urfa plants of GF Hakan Plastik)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Executing all HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, internal communication etc) at HQ units as an HR BP
- Establishing or updating HR policies at company level in line with with global policies
- Deploying HR policies at country level and ensuring the compliance within all plants and HQ
- Taking active role in global HR projects and deploying them at country level
- Designing projects that will help the improvement of HR and customer satisfaction in the organization
- Making regular visits to GF Hakan Plastik plants for deployment of new HR projects
- Preparing and analyzing reports of HR KPIs
- The position will directly report to HR Director of GF Hakan Plastik.
