QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated with a bachelor’s/master’s degree from related departments of universities,
- At least 2 years experience in the field of human resources, specially in Recruiting,
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Having social competence, strong communication skills,
- Eager to learn and develop himself and others,
- High energy and motivation to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment,
- Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills,
- Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
- Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach,
- Professional knowledge of MS Applications such as excel and power point.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment and conduct, customer oriented approach at all levels as a HR Specialist,
- Developing and executing HR projects from beginning to end,
- Designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and procedures,
- Conducting job evaluations and reviewing market pricing and salary surveys to make recommendations on salary structure to ensure internal and external equity,
- Conducting Performance Management System processes and evaluating performance reviews,
- Designing and implementing promotion progress,
- Managing the recruitment life cycle.
