JOB DESCRIPTION

· Executing an end to end recruitment processes,

· Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs,

· Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising, referrals and networking to find active and passive candidates and to build a strong candidate flow,

· Conducting the interviews with candidates,

· Coordinating short listed candidates’ interviews with HR and the related Department Managers,

· Maintain accurate, well-organized documentation & Provide regularly various recruiting reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field,

· Minimum 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry,

· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

· Strong communication skills,

· Analytical thinking, analyzing and reporting capability,

· Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,

· Advanced planning and organizing ability.

· Located in European Side in Istanbul
