QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As HR Specialist you will provide support & guidance to our employees across all spectrums of the HR function while effectively managing payroll process, HR admin and core reporting.

  • Solid HR knowledge and experience on a variety of topics such as employee relations, payroll, talent management and performance management.
  • An excellent understanding of Turkish Labor Law,
  • Strong communication skills – ability to work with Senior Leadership team along with the wider business and third-party service providers,
  • A good team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and locations,
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail,

  • Responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay, ensure the payments are made on time, in accordance with local requirements,
  • Manage monthly payroll-related close activities,
  • Assist with all HR reporting and metrics data, ability to run ad-hoc reporting requests,
  • Deliver consistent application of HR processes, ensuring global and local policies are legally compliant and reflect the practices objectives and values,
  • Proactively source and actively recruit for all agencies– this includes the full 360 recruitment process from recruitment brief and sourcing, behavioral based interview process as well as offers and onboarding,
  • Manage and/or participate in HR related projects,
