QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As HR Specialist you will provide support & guidance to our employees across all spectrums of the HR function while effectively managing payroll process, HR admin and core reporting.
- Solid HR knowledge and experience on a variety of topics such as employee relations, payroll, talent management and performance management.
- An excellent understanding of Turkish Labor Law,
- Strong communication skills – ability to work with Senior Leadership team along with the wider business and third-party service providers,
- A good team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and locations,
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail,
- Responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay, ensure the payments are made on time, in accordance with local requirements,
- Manage monthly payroll-related close activities,
- Assist with all HR reporting and metrics data, ability to run ad-hoc reporting requests,
- Deliver consistent application of HR processes, ensuring global and local policies are legally compliant and reflect the practices objectives and values,
- Proactively source and actively recruit for all agencies– this includes the full 360 recruitment process from recruitment brief and sourcing, behavioral based interview process as well as offers and onboarding,
- Manage and/or participate in HR related projects,
