Who WE are?
Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate Marks & Spencer, Gap, Banana Republic stores in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and is located in 9 different cities in Turkey with a total of 81 stores.
We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a“Human Resources Specialist” in our Head Office!
Which responsibilities does an “Human Resources Specialist” have?
- Handles all recruitment activities such as screening applicants, evaluating applicant qualifications, preparing selection/assessment center activities, conducting interviews
- Keeps records of store personnel's transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers
- Adapts, organizes and delivers M&S UK’s training programmes for M&S Turkey
- Analyzes training needs and demands
- Monitors and keeps records of the effectiveness of trainings
- Coordinates with external training companies
- Visiting stores and giving on the job trainings according to their L&D needs.
- Develops performance management system processes. Collects, analyzes and reports performance evaluation results
- Supports internal communication activities
What are we looking for as an “Human Resources Specialist”?
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in relevant fields from a reputable university
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Fluency in English
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent planning, organizing and communication skils
- Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
