QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Continuum Global Solutions is hiring a HR Specialist forour Customer Service Center in Turkey. This person is responsible forthe day to day HR processes and activities. In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Execution of all personnel affairs,
· Performing day-to-day processing of HR requests,
· Following termination process and legal activities with the exit interviews,
· Supporting employees about HR practices, processes and systems,
· Following up annual leave planning and forms,
· Supports monthly payroll input consolidations and benefit related activities,
· Ensures all legal notices and employee operations / processes and payments and performed in accordance with the legislation on time.

You have:
· A University Degree in related fields,
· Excellent English skills, written and spoken
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in call center sector,
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel,
· Strong communication and negotiation skills,
· High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
· Completion of military service (for male candidates)
· You are living in Istanbul
