QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist” to be responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition and employer branding, with an overall value adding to human resources processes/projects.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years HR experience especially in recruitment, talent management and employer branding
- Knowledge about competency based interviews, young talent programs, assessment centers, employer branding activities, HR trends
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong presentation, project/process and people management skills
- Experienced in ERP systems (especially Success Factors)
- Excellent command of written and verbal English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel)
Main Responsibilities:?
- Identify recruitment needs and do job analysis with the business line managers
- Develop alternative channels and create candidate pools by using different portals and social media
- Manage recruitment life cycle, competency based interviews, assessment center activities, etc.
- Take active role in strategic HR projects, process improvement and development of employee value proposition, employer branding, performance and talent management
- Coordinate, follow and improve recruitment activities in the area of responsibility
- Manage career planning, promotions, appointment processes
- Analyze and report on key HR and recruitment metrics
