QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist” to be responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition and employer branding, with an overall value adding to human resources processes/projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years HR experience especially in recruitment, talent management and employer branding
  • Knowledge about competency based interviews, young talent programs, assessment centers, employer branding activities, HR trends
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong presentation, project/process and people management skills
  • Experienced in ERP systems (especially Success Factors)
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel)

Main Responsibilities:?

  • Identify recruitment needs and do job analysis with the business line managers
  • Develop alternative channels and create candidate pools by using different portals and social media
  • Manage recruitment life cycle, competency based interviews, assessment center activities, etc.
  • Take active role in strategic HR projects, process improvement and development of employee value proposition, employer branding, performance and talent management
  • Coordinate, follow and improve recruitment activities in the area of responsibility
  • Manage career planning, promotions, appointment processes
  • Analyze and report on key HR and recruitment metrics
