We are looking for a team member as “Human Resources Specialist / Assistant Specialist (Retail) ” to join our Eren Retail Group Human Resources team.
Job Description
- Follow up & conduct all personnel movements and communicate them with related parties, (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.)
- Visit stores and support stores employees regarding all HR processes
- Organizing training organizations, ensuring the follow-up of the processes,
- Conduct exit interviews,
- Take an active role in HR projects and contributing to the improvement of all HR activities and processes,
- Preparing and following up HR reports and providing analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Minimum 2 years of active experience in HR
- Good command of MS Office Programs,
- Fluency in English,
- Ability to team work, result oriented, customer focused, analytical, strong communication and relationship skills
- Resilient and agile.
