QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in relevant academic disciplines,
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience gained at a recruitment consultancy company,
- Experience in various sourcing tools such as; LinkedIn, Kariyer.net etc.,
- Assessor certificate / training would be a huge plus,
- Eager to learn and grow and a firm believer of continuous self-development,
- Team player with effective communication skills,
- Energetic individual who is passionate about recruitment and candidate experience, tendencies,
- Excellent command of English.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the business,
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer,
- Build strong talent pipelines and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process,
- Provide guidance and serve as a talent advisor to share market intelligence for hiring managers,
- Participate in talent acquisition process design projects.
