About The Job

As part of their recruiting team, you're charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. You're responsible for guiding candidates through their hiring process and connecting them acordingly. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make their hiring process smarter and more efficient.


As a Recruiter you'll be responsible for executive level hiring across all commercial and advisory product areas and functions from their head quarter in Istanbul.


You will be a trusted advisor active participant to their Employer Branding projects to attract most innovative people and lifetime learners to the company.

You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive existence through their hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.


Responsibilities


Work across the commercial and general advisory functions for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and HR.

Advocate for equity and inclusion in the hiring process and ensure all candidate pipelines are representative of the talent market.

Partner with senior leaders on high-profile executive hires, advising on search strategy and ideal candidate profile.

Source candidates, both internally and externally, and benchmarking.

Build proactive relationships with passive candidates to engage them long term.

Minimum qualifications:

Experience in executive-level talent search in an executive search firm, in-house talent acquisition function or strategic consultancy.

Experience in stakeholder management.

Experience collaborating with hiring partners to deliver processes and hiring outcomes.


Preferred qualifications:

Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a talent leader.

Ability to think globally, strategically, and objectively.

Ability to translate data into actionable insights, strategies and plans.
