Job Description
- Responsible for search and selection process for Shaya brands head office positions,
- Preparing and posting job applications in recruitment portals,
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and attitudes,
- Providing timely information for candidates and managers at all stages of the recruitment process,
- Welcoming and supporting new employees to the organization by conducting orientation,
- Supporting field recruitment team for store recruitments, store opening processes when necessary,
- Creating recruitment projects to decrease turnover rate and lead time,
- Preparing monthly and quarterly recruitment reports,
- Developing relationships with third parties (consulting companies, employment agencies etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a recruiter position, consultancy company experience is a plus,
- Preferably experience in retail sector,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Strong skills in MS Office programs,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills.
