Human Resources Specialist
Beauty Travels 24, based in Germany, which serves in the health tourism sector, is looking for ‘Human Resources Recruitment Specialist’ to be assigned to our Human Resources Department at Kavacık Office. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in recruitment and HR procedures.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, (Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources and Management etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment,
- Having knowladge of HR processes,
- Experienced in the use of career portals,
- Excellent written and spoken English,
- Advanced analytical thinking, planning and problem solving skills,
Job Description
- Creating job descriptions by determining the criteria for new positions to be opened in the departments.
- Collaborates with department managers throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process and meeting required business objectives.
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. (Orientation, feedback interviews, , etc.)
- Screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships
- To produce projects on recruitment, training and employee engagement and to develop business.
- To support the wage policy and wage improvements process, performance evaluation, feedback negotiations and productivity management.
