JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Interviewing applicants
- Administering pre-employment tests
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints
- Facilitating new employee information and maintenance
- Conducting training sessions
- Preparation and updating of personnel and training files
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields of the reputable universities
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong communication skills and good teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
