Every day, we help dozens of advertisers worldwide reach their potential customers through the mobile channel. More than100,000 mobile applications daily work for the awareness of global and local brands. Ourown developed DSP platform serves the demand of big chain and small independent agencies in their media buying. Currently, we are represented in8 countries in CIS, Europe, MENA, and North America.

Now we are looking for an active and skillful Recruiter for our team at the newly established and growing office inIstanbul.

Recruiter's responsibilities:

Search and selection of personnel for open vacancies;
Hold initial interviews;
Hold interviews with department heads;
Prepare offers, primary documents;
Background of a personnel reserve and monitoring of the labor market in the IT sector;
Prepare written warnings and communicate with employees.

HR administration handles a different department; it is not the responsibility of the Recruiter.

Requirements:

Native or advanced Turkish language, fluent English speaking;
Bachelor’s degree;
1+ years of experience in recruitment;
Perseverance in work and focus on results.

Great if you:

Have a basic knowledge of the current legislation regarding labor law no. 4857 and 5510, SGK, İŞKUR;
Love to communicate with people;
Have an education, certifications or skills in the fields of psychology.
