QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Human resources specialist and assistant specialist will be recruited to our company.
General Qualifications;
Graduated from related departments of universities,
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
Able to use English language fluently,
Strong written and verbal communication, cares about appearance,
Preferably with call center experience
Proficient in using MS office programs,
Job description;
Reviewing, updating and researching resumes on specific platforms,
Organizing orientation and training programs for recruited personnel
Ability to conduct interviews in English
Preparing and presenting reports on daily, weekly and monthly HR processes,
Maintaining employee satisfaction and motivation studies,
Preparing the documents needed by the personnel,
Searching for candidates, organizing interviews,
To ensure that job descriptions, procedures and instructions are followed and implemented,
Preparation and updating of personnel and training files,
Knowledge of human resources practices
Our company is located in Istanbul/Levent.
