Qualifications

· University graduate from related departments i.e. Economy, BA, Labor Economy and Industrial Relations or Engineering

· Min. 2 years of total experience in HR functions

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in PowerPoint, Excel

· Experience in Social Security, Ministry of Labor, Unemployment Agency relations and processes

· Recruitment experience especially for blue collar roles

· Competency in planning, time management, data analysis

· Strong in people relations and communication

· Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment

· Strong presentation and reporting skills

Job Description

  • Performing recruitment process for white/blue collars employees in line
  • Having active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects as performance management, engagement and discipline prosses
  • Preparing the required reports related to HR topics
  • Provide support and guidance to operations and functions about hr processes
  • Supporting employee relations and internal communication process
