  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields from relevant universities (Master's Degree is a plus),
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Information Systems,
  • Having project management experience with HR Information Systems,
  • Strong knowledge of competence in project lifecycle and workflows,
  • Knowledge of understanding of and familiarity with business analysis,
  • Knowledge in outlining IT blueprints,
  • Strong understanding of methods and approaches for training end users,
  • Having experience in support and maintenance processes,
  • Having strong communication skills,
  • Having ability to work with cross functional teams,
  • Having high analytical, conceptual, process-related competence,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the change?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - HR Information Systems who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate.
  • Consulting with HR departments and all related involved stakeholders to determine HRIS needs,
  • Assisting in the investigation and resolution of issues related to HRIS applications,
  • Understanding and delivering operational, reporting, and analysis needs,
  • Managing system projects from project idea, study, realization to continuous improvement,
  • Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software,
  • Taking responsibility of project management for the agreed HRIS solutions,
  • Handling daily operative planning and follow-up of HR IS tasks,
  • Carrying out product testing and support user acceptance testing for new implementations,
  • Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries,
  • Providing functional documentation to support any key HRIS activities,
  • Ensuring all HR related systems are compliant with data protection laws,
  • Keeping track of technological developments and trends in the field of HRIS.
