Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field,
New Graduate or 1-year experience in the following HR functions such as talent acquisition, C&B, payroll, Learning &Development, or organizational development
Fluency in English is a must
Having good MS Office skills especially, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills with good intuition and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and have strong cultural adaptability.
Good at prioritizing workload, handling multiple tasks at once, and having strong attention to detail.

Taking part in different HR Projects such as Talent Management, Performance Management, HRIS, C&B, Learning & Development, Campus Recruiting programs
Supporting HR team for the implementation of HR tools, systems, and processes,
Planning and organizing the on-boarding and orientation process for new hires,
