What we are looking for

· Bachelor's degree or Master degree in related fields,

· 3+ years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist role,

· Experience getting work permıted

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must,

· Knowledge and experience in compensation, full recruitment lifecycle, organizational planning, employee engagement, learning & development, assessment center, etc.

· Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and a high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness,

· Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative,

· Knowledge of labor law and practices of Turkey,

· Must have completed the military service for male candidates

· Proficiency in MS Office applications,


YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF

· Being responsible for all operations in HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement activities, etc.

· Developing strong relations between the company and employees,

· Working effectively within the department & across departments and understanding requirements and improving suggestions,

· Building a strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain positive employee relations and working environment,

· Coaching department managers in the application of HR programs, facilitating HR-related training, and employee engagement activities,

· Driving company culture through company values, internal policies & procedures with Department Managers,

· Implementing, integrating and developing learning and development programs,

· Conducting performance evaluation processes and reporting,

· Managing career management process of the company,

· Assisting and leading when needed various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives,

· Being responsible for all compensation processes,

· Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied,

· Carrying out the assessment center applications,

· Preparing for internal & external audits,

· Being responsible for social compliance issues.
