The Recruitment Analyst initiates and directs the recruitment processes of related roles, together with relevant stakeholders, who will ensure a sustainable, employee-oriented and high-performance culture throughout the season, taking into account the development of the superior workforces.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining a close relationship with internal and external customers to ensure timely consideration of business needs
  • Providing support to external customers, employees and management; explain and present HR concepts and tools, promoting and supporting an employee-oriented high-performance culture
  • To take ownership of initiatives and projects determined based on corporate needs and global initiatives on the same subject for the area of ??responsibility
  • Working closely with HR Generalists and leading HR teams in structuring and developing relevant teams and supporting agreed action plans
  • Managing the recruitment process of Banvit HC needs within its area of ??responsibility in parallel with the relevant stakeholders and Department Managers
  • Performing the recruitment processes (searching for candidates, conducting interviews and tests, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees) according to standards
  • To follow, support and provide the blue-collar workforce required to work with HR Generalists within its area of ??responsibility in a timely manner and according to business requirements
  • Maintain compliance of processes with company and legal rules and regulations
  • Working closely with the HR team to improve our processes. This also includes mediating between the Line Manager, Senior Management and employees on the completion of activities
  • To monitor, report and create the actions necessary for the improvement of the KPI according to the objectives defined in the area of ??responsibility


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Min 3 years of experience in recruitment area
  • An energetic personality with a mature, well-organized, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Customer and business oriented
  • SAP & Success Factor knowledge will be a plus
  • Eligible to frequent travel
