QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Besiktas Shipping Group is currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join its Human Resources Department located in Head Office / Şişli.
- Bachelor degree's from a university, (preferably in Management, Economy or Psychology)
- Minimum 2 years experience of Human Resources or a similar pozition, preferably in a company of International Marine Transport.
- Fluency in English and translation capability (verbal and written),
- Preferably having a Human Resources Certification Program,
- Proactive, result oriented and self motivated,
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
- Strong computer skills, preferably in HR Softwares.
- Preferably female candidates, non smoker.
Job Description
- Operating the planned crew to embark to / disembark from the fleet vessels
- Managing the personnel affairs (salary, officials, documents etc) for the fleet and the head office
- Ability to operate HR data management and generating reports
- Supporting the fleet for all functional and operational processes in Human Resources processes (Onboarding, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Engagement)
- Updating the personnel’s documents, visa, certificates and trainings
