Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as in HR and at least 3 years’ experience preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment
• Excellent command of English in written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Well structured, ability to prioritize workload and manage a busy schedule
• Good knowledge about MS Office programs especially in MS Excel

Description

• Carry out and support end to end recruitment activities for the brands; conducting initial phone screens/interviews, job offers, reference checks
• Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment
• Perform behavioral, competency, and skill-based interviews
• Support and contribute development of the procedures and ensure that procedures remain up to date and seeks out process improvements
• Administer the disciplinary processes based on the labor laws if needed
• Prepare daily & monthly & yearly reports to the management based on the HR metrics that should be requested
• Clarify the training needs of the employees and organize trainings to ensure that all staff are fully trained
• Collaborate with region HR teams for employee transfer processes
• Assist with the general day-to-day operation of the HR department
