Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as in HR and at least 3 years’ experience preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Well structured, ability to prioritize workload and manage a busy schedule
- Good knowledge about MS Office programs especially in MS Excel
Description
- Carry out and support end to end recruitment activities for the brands; conducting initial phone screens/interviews, job offers, reference checks
- Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment
- Perform behavioral, competency, and skill-based interviews
- Support and contribute development of the procedures and ensure that procedures remain up to date and seeks out process improvements
- Administer the disciplinary processes based on the labor laws if needed
- Prepare daily & monthly & yearly reports to the management based on the HR metrics that should be requested
- Clarify the training needs of the employees and organize trainings to ensure that all staff are fully trained
- Collaborate with region HR teams for employee transfer processes
- Assist with the general day-to-day operation of the HR department
