QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Randstad Turkey team is growing! We are searching for a great "recruiter / consultant " who’s ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career.

  • University and/or Master Degree
  • Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment industry and/or in B2B sales function,
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing English
  • Innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities,
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
  • Good understanding, personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn.


Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a customer database, make sales calls to new and existing clients (including cold calls)
  • Follow up on recruitment activities,
  • Conducting phone interviews,
  • Managing research processes,
  • Organize face to face interviews .
