- University and/or Master Degree
- Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment industry and/or in B2B sales function,
- Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing English
- Innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities,
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
- Good understanding, personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain a customer database, make sales calls to new and existing clients (including cold calls)
- Follow up on recruitment activities,
- Conducting phone interviews,
- Managing research processes,
- Organize face to face interviews .
