QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be trained and mentored at mid - term to support effective implementation of HR practices, policies, activities and administration in order to meet EMAAR Turkey's HR Policy.

Perform HR Assignments in areas of;

  • Payroll and Personnel Affairs controlling,
  • Recruitment and Onboarding,
  • Performance Management,
  • Internal Communication,
  • ERP transition,
  • Quarter based Management Reporting,
  • Employee Activities & Events Management,
  • Daily Employee Communication and Relations


Qualifications expected;

  • University degree in related fields,
  • Student / Graduate of Master's Degree,
  • At most 1 year of professional experience supported with HR Internship(s),
  • Good Command of English,
  • Able to demonstrate tasks over Ms Office ( Excel, Powerpoint, Word) with analytical apporach,
  • Eager to learn following HR Trends,
  • Pro-active approach with spirit of taking initiative,
