QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
To be trained and mentored at mid - term to support effective implementation of HR practices, policies, activities and administration in order to meet EMAAR Turkey's HR Policy.
Perform HR Assignments in areas of;
- Payroll and Personnel Affairs controlling,
- Recruitment and Onboarding,
- Performance Management,
- Internal Communication,
- ERP transition,
- Quarter based Management Reporting,
- Employee Activities & Events Management,
- Daily Employee Communication and Relations
Qualifications expected;
- University degree in related fields,
- Student / Graduate of Master's Degree,
- At most 1 year of professional experience supported with HR Internship(s),
- Good Command of English,
- Able to demonstrate tasks over Ms Office ( Excel, Powerpoint, Word) with analytical apporach,
- Eager to learn following HR Trends,
- Pro-active approach with spirit of taking initiative,
