QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Operating in more than 130 countries, TOTAL is one of the major world-class energy companies. TOTAL is looking for an assistant for the following position:
- Supporting recruitment process (searching CV's, phone interviews, organizing interviews etc.)
- Supporting administrative stuff
- Coordinating onboarding program for new comers
- Making training organizations according to training plan
- Following up daily HR activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Management or Social Sciences
- Good command of English
- Having strong communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office Applications
*Position will be contracted for 6 months.
