QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Human Resources Assistant" to be joined to our organization which operating in the health and medicine.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field,
- Good level of English both written and oral,
- Having good MS Office skills especially, Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
- Excellent communication and customer care skills,
- Ability to maintain Confidentiality,
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills,
- Good time management, presentation, planning and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail,
- Self-motivated personality,
- Previous experience as an administrative or human resources assistant is preferred,
Job Description:
- Assisting all HR activities,
- Following-up daily HR operations,
- Recruiting staff - this includes - preparing job adverts with appropriate candidate specifications, CV screening, conducting candidate phone calls, organizing and participating interviews,
- Updating the recruitment records, internal HR lists, forms and headcount reports
- Planning and organizing the on-boarding and orientation process for new hires, organizing training activities,
- Coordinating with Financial Department on executive financial matters; prepare and supervise budget information,
- Maintaining and supporting cooperation with Sponsor companies,
- Supporting to administer payroll, maintaining employee records considering salary policy,
- Organizing HR documentation as guidelines and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
