QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s / University degree in the relevant field to become familiar with the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures of human resource management
  • New graduated or one year experience
  • Aiming for a career in Human Resources
  • Strong communication skills, cross-functional team worker,
  • Structured, good in operational work,
  • Energetic and creative, eager to learn continuously,
  • Quality and detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking ability and planning skill
  • Open to change and development
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Incumbents of this role will be accountable for:

  • By taking an active role in our employee and organizational development, reward recognition, performance management, talent management processes; Carrying out the necessary actions and controls for ensuring that the processes are executed in compliance with the standard and taking an active role in process improvement, tool development and system development projects
  • Working with international teams from APAC, EMEA, Americas regions
  • Participating in performance management studies and to update existing systems in line with needs, to monitor, develop and make necessary revisions
  • Creating and updating process maps, workflows and definitions within the organization
  • Carrying out and reporting the process of employee surveys
  • Supporting employer branding strategy activities
  • Taking an active role in all audits withing the scope of HR Processes
  • Preparing necessary HR reports,
  • Maintaining and organizing the documents, forms, records, etc.
