Serve as the first point of contact and source of information for all levels from management to employees for all HR related issues
Conduct multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, orientation practices, compensation & benefit practices, employee relations, diversity, talent management, training, performance management, internal communication etc.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate initiatives
Manage Collective Labor Agreement process and day-to-day Industrial Relations activities
Resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare annual personnel budget
Develop and analyze HR metrics to prepare local & international and ad-hoc reports.
Conduct cost and compensation analysis
Take part in auditing process such as ISO audits, Data Privacy & Security and SOX etc.
Support plant management and employees in development and implementation of required programs and processes to drive a positive work environment
Collaborate closely with Division HR to understand and implement HR programs that drive standardization across the division while ensuring plant business needs are met
Qualifications
University Degree
At least 3 years of experience in HR function as HR Generalist preferably within an international manufacturing company.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in excel
Strong knowledge of labor law and legislation
Knowledge on ERP system is a plus, especially SAP SuccessFactors
A team player with excellent communication skills and high degree of confidentiality
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
