QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as HR Specialist mainly responsible from recruitment & employer branding activities in our EGGER Gebze Plant, which produces plastic edgebanding.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant program of the universities.
- Minimum 2 years learning and development and/or project management experience that demonstrates your ability to perform
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills
- Located or relocate in Kocaeli /İstanbul
General Responsibilities
- Create and release job advertisements in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Host and participate in job fairs
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Develop engagement programs
- Create the employee value proposition
