• University degree in Social Science/Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations or equivalent, master degree is preferable
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR functions (Recruitment, payroll, learning & development etc.) preferably in automotive or similar high pressure manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and SGK regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Team player with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in the development of Human Resource Policy and Procedures
• Responsible of recruitment, training, performance system
• Maintain employee files and other employee related information as required by laws and regulations
• Responsible for proper administration of personnel changes and personnel data (new hires, resignations, terminations, etc) in HR relevant systems
• Follow up time attendance system,
• Follow-up KPI monitoring systems in HR and to develop action plans for continuous improvement
• Taking responsibility for coordinating activities to ensure HR compliance to the IATF 16949 standard and other audit
• Maintaining an up to date and effective data system for the HR department
