QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources and similar departments
· Minimum 3 years work experience in payroll, time attendance operations, union processes, and blue-collar relations
· Good level of knowledge about Business and Social Insurance Law
· Good level of knowledge about SAP HR
· Good knowledge of MS Office applications
· Industrial plant experience is an advantage
· Good level of English
· High competence in planning and organizational skills,
· High performance in analysis and reporting
· Successful and result-oriented ineffective communication, being a good team member, analytical thinking, problem-solving,
· Military service completed for male candidates
· Located in Kocaeli
· Experience in industrial companies is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Following and controlling payroll processes,
· Ensuring that the personnel hiring and exit processes are carried out by the labor law requirements
· Following the updates in the legal processes and adapting the changes to the business processes,
· Controlling and monitoring the compliance of personnel transactions with employment contracts and regulations, instructions and procedures
· Following up the business cases, execution, and all other legal processes within the legal deadlines and preparing the necessary documents
· Preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports of all processes followed
· Tracking and improving HR statistical data and reports
