University degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
A degree in an HR-related subject would be ideal with exposure to recruitment, training, compensation,benefits,employee and labor union relations
Advanced level knowledge in MS Excel
Good command of English
Team management experience
Hands-on experience with HRIS system
Good communicator, teammate, dedicated and business-minded personality
Proactive, Self-motivated and Self-starter with a positive approach
Living in or willing to relocate to Gebze or İstanbul – Anatolian side
Job Description:
You will work closely with Senior HR Manager and department managers on the subject of recruitment whilst prioritising and communicating hiring needs according to budgeted headcount.
Performing the training and development activities such as training need analysis and training organizations
Inputting, maintaining and updating confidential employee records in relevant data management systems
Conducting psychometric and aptitude tests for blue-collar employees
Screening applications and arranging interview schedules
You will establish and implement corporate HR policies and procedures
Assisting in the design and implementation of key HR processes and strategies
Periodic Reports & KPI's( daily/montly/weekly)
Responsible for internal and external audit process, reviewing programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, understand best practices and recommend modifications if appropriate
