QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- A degree in an HR-related subject would be ideal with exposure to recruitment, training, compensation,benefits,employee and labor union relations
- Advanced level knowledge in MS Excel
- Good command of English
- Team management experience
- Hands-on experience with HRIS system
- Good communicator, teammate, dedicated and business-minded personality
- Proactive, Self-motivated and Self-starter with a positive approach
- Living in or willing to relocate to Gebze or İstanbul – Anatolian side
Job Description:
- You will work closely with Senior HR Manager and department managers on the subject of recruitment whilst prioritising and communicating hiring needs according to budgeted headcount.
- Performing the training and development activities such as training need analysis and training organizations
- Inputting, maintaining and updating confidential employee records in relevant data management systems
- Conducting psychometric and aptitude tests for blue-collar employees
- Screening applications and arranging interview schedules
- You will establish and implement corporate HR policies and procedures
- Assisting in the design and implementation of key HR processes and strategies
- Periodic Reports & KPI's( daily/montly/weekly)
- Responsible for internal and external audit process, reviewing programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, understand best practices and recommend modifications if appropriate
