QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • A degree in an HR-related subject would be ideal with exposure to recruitment, training, compensation,benefits,employee and labor union relations
  • Advanced level knowledge in MS Excel
  • Good command of English
  • Team management experience
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS system
  • Good communicator, teammate, dedicated and business-minded personality
  • Proactive, Self-motivated and Self-starter with a positive approach
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Gebze or İstanbul – Anatolian side

Job Description:

  • You will work closely with Senior HR Manager and department managers on the subject of recruitment whilst prioritising and communicating hiring needs according to budgeted headcount.
  • Performing the training and development activities such as training need analysis and training organizations
  • Inputting, maintaining and updating confidential employee records in relevant data management systems
  • Conducting psychometric and aptitude tests for blue-collar employees
  • Screening applications and arranging interview schedules
  • You will establish and implement corporate HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of key HR processes and strategies
  • Periodic Reports & KPI's( daily/montly/weekly)
  • Responsible for internal and external audit process, reviewing programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, understand best practices and recommend modifications if appropriate
