Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (especially in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Economics)
Min 2 years of experience in HR functions; especially recruitment in production processes,
Preferably have a broad knowledge of HR disciplines and practices,
Strong planning and organizational skills with analytical approach,
Advanced level of written and spoken English,
Good knowledge of MS Office tools and reporting skills,
Knowledge of SAP HR Module is preferable,
Residence/Willing to live in Kocaeli.

Conduct the selection and recruitment processes of blue collar team members; including sourcing making job interviews and improving the recruitment processes,
Responsible for blue collar career management including performance management, promotion & rotation process,
Manage disciplinary processes,
Participate in the preparation and implementation of HR related projects,
Provide guidance to workers regarding HR procedures.
