Requirements
· Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Sociology etc. degrees preferred)
· At least 3-5 years of experience and practices in HR and Employee Relations
· Good knowledge about Microsoft Office programs,
· Experience on SAP (HR), knowledge on labour law and employment equity regulations is preferred
· English language fluent both in the spoken and written form is a must (Korean is an advantage)
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization
· Strong communication planning and organizing skills,
· Strong Planning, Organization, problem solving and data management skills,
· Strong communication and active learning skills,
Job Description
· Being a part of HR Operations, Employee Relations and administrative affairs,
· Schedule related meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
· Being responsible of organizing the trainings, onboarding, orientation trainings, development, internship, performance management for the new comers within organization
· Manage Employee Referral Program and related Schedules of HR
· Actively role all employee branding projects and events, develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment,
· Acting as a single point of contact for the related departments on core Human Resources processes of Employee Relations (ER) and programs
· Executing company regulations, procedures policies related with Employee Relations
· Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills.
· Build a close relationship with the Employees and internal service providers.
· Being responsible of posting the internal & external job ads, and coordinate job interviews
· Work closely with leaders to understand Experience on payroll and accrual processes
· Experience on salary calculations, payroll, monthly payroll summary and reports accounting records
· Support other processes of human resources, data’s, related budget and actuals,
· Keep HR Data and ensure that correct source of master data exists for each HR Process
