QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
AkzoNobel Turkey is looking for a People Services Specialistfor its Country Human Resources organization, to be based in Decorative Paints site in Dilovası, Kocaeli. The incumbent will be reporting to People Services Manager.
People Services is a global HR management system used by the workforce to connect with HR on HR requests and various actions.
Qualifications
· University degree, preferably Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, etc.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company
· SAP SuccessFactors experience is an asset
· Knowledge of labor law
· Communication skills and flexibility
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Fluency in English both oral and written
· Proficiency in MS Office Applications
· No military obligations for male candidates
Responsibilities
· First point of contact of managers and employees for HR related queries
· Management of recruitment process with the role of “Recruiter”
· Responsible of training process; organization, follow up and related recording
· Supporting managers and employees on performance management process on SAP SuccessFactors
· Management of internship program
· Contributing in communication activities
· Supporting Organizational Health Index survey activities
· Contributing in monthly reporting activities
