QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferably in Human Resorces Mangement, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Management or other related departments
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR functions as Generalist
- Knowledge of Labor Law, SGK Legislation, Occupational Health and Safety
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Possess a valid drivering license
- Residing/will be residing around Kocaeli
- Good communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred)
- Fluency in English is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, screen candidates resume, build interview plans for a variety of roles,
- Following and controlling personnel tracking system, payroll processes etc.
- Being responsible of personnel hiring and exit processes in accordance with the Labor Law
- Conducting Performance Management System, Promotion System and Employee Relations activities
- Preparation, implementation, and organization of Annual Training and Education plans
- Planning and management of company social activities
- Preparing Annual Business Plan for his/her scope of duties
- Ensures that all HR processes are in accordance with the labor law, company policies, and standards.
