Fater is an Italian company, a joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Angelini Industries. In Italy it has been expanding the market of personal hygiene products since the late '60 and it now produces and sells brand products

Since 2013 it manufactures and distributes the brand products ACE, Neoblanc and Comet in 38 countries in Western Europe, the Central and Eastern European markets and Middle Eastern markets; Fater is a dynamic company that invests in innovation around 4% of its annual turnover. Consumer and market knowledge shared competencies and search for efficiency are the drivers of growth in the long run. Our headquarters are in Pescara. Our production plants are in Pescara and Campochiaro in Italy, in Porto, Portugal and in Gebze, Turkey.

For Fater Turkey, we're looking for a HR Specialist to be involved in our production plant organization in Gebze. The ideal candidate wants to join our company to develop his/her career in our Human Resources Department.

Position

The HR Specialist should add value on all processes in Employee Life Cycle such as Recruitment, Performance, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Labour, Union Law and Admin processes?

Overview & background

The HR Specialist supports / participates in:

  • Ensuring policies & procedures are tracked and applied

  • Relations with 3rd party providers

  • Reporting activities

  • The daily HR & Admin activities

  • Supporting other Human Resources projects and Human Resources improvement studies in line with? business needs. (Employee surveys, Engagement Activities, etc)

  • Conducting exit interviews, analyzing and reporting the results

  • Prepare and follow up HR reports

  • Coordinate related process and lifecycle including job description, audits, interviews, offers, orientations and onboarding,

  • Conducting the activities that impacts employee experience and employer branding

  • Supporting employee relations and internal communication process

Requirements

Minimum skills required

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR / similar roles (blue-collar employees management and union knowledge will be plus)
  • Possibly, experiences in production companies in HR & Admin Departments
  • Demonstrable competencies such as communication, planning, and organization and being service focused
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with a high level of energy and strong cultural adaptability
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Residing in Kocaeli, Istanbul (Anatolian side), or willing to relocate
