Qualifications:
· Engineering background
· Min 3-4 years of experience in HR operations,
· Fluency in written and spoken English,
· Familiarity with MS Office,
· Persuasive and self-motivated,
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
· Problem solving skills and positive attitude,
· Recidence in İzmit/Sakarya
Job Description:
· Support to all HR Functions such as Recruitment, Training, Employee relations, payroll etc.
· Assist and participate in HR practices such as Performance&Talent management, training and development including e-learning process
· Assist and participate the orientation&induction plan, onboarding process
· Support both the internal and external communication and HR activities
· Provide support to all other HR related projects
