QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines
Willing to be developed in Human Resources area (Professional HR experience is not required)
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with open mind.
Believes team work with positive mindset, take responsibility & be supportive to accomplish challenges as one team.
Interested in Toyota methods and philosophy
Excellent command of English
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya

JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful candidate will be employed in Human Resources Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme. Main responsibility area will be Labor Relations based on Toyota Philosophy: Mutual Trust & Respect

Involve in Flexible Work studies to enhance employees’ work x life balance
Coordinate Employee Motivation Survey and ensure countermeasures together with all related parties as a tool to improve employee motivation
Strengthen communication channels utilizing new information technology tools
Involve in Toyota Global “Start Your Impossible” Initiative: Involve in activities planning linked with sustainability initiatives aiming mind-set shift of employees towards mobility company
