QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or other related disciplines
- Willing to be developed in Operations Management area (Professional experience is not required)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, highly adaptive to teamwork
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI as priority). In addition, basic skills (i.e. coding) for production and information systems analysis are preferred.
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Kocaeli, Sakarya or nearby.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be employed in Plant Management Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme .
Main responsibility area will be:
- TPS (Toyota Production System) fundamentals assurance through specific engineering methods in collaboration with manufacturing groups and headquarter functions.
- Information system analysis on efficiency of production lines
- Develop improvement plan and implement based on analysis results.
- Regular reporting within group and to management.
