QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a Process Engineer with below qualifications:
- University degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive Engineering
- Excellent command of English both written & spoken
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Self-motivated to implement goals with little supervision
- Multi-tasking skills needed to manage multiple projects and various project activities.
- Strong Analytical & technical skills needed for all product support activities
- Strong problem solving skills familiar with root cause analysis techniques
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills needed to interact with all areas of business and customers.
- Ability to analyse complex manufacturing data and propose changes leading to higher efficiency and safety
- Ability to understand and lead implementation of low level automation/robotics options
- Ability to follow all the quality and safety standards and guidelines strictly
- Knowledge of Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA) and application
- Living or willing to live in Sakarya or İzmit
- Driving license and active driving skill (B Grade)
- Able to travel abroad for business trips
- No travel limitation (abroad / other cities domestic)
Ideal candidate will be responsible for following items:
- Implementing Continuous Improvement programs for labor, cost, inventory planning, quality, shipping, etc.
- Assess and analyse current manufacturing processes and make recommendations to improve the efficiency of manufacturing
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
- Optimize machining processes to reach product quality, efficiency and process repeatability
- Strictly follow up new technologies and Introduce cost-effective automation for productivity and safety advantages
- Develop and sustain employees training and development on TPS concept
- Develop measurement systems and key performance indicators supporting TPS philosophy
- Drive Continuous Improvement culture and ensure changes are permanent
- Develop and sustain Kaizen culture and suggestion system
- Plan and reach expense budget objectives and capital items
