QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering, Metallurgical / Material Engineering
- Willing to be developed in Weld Quality / Production ( Welding Technology, Production Processes, Body Accuracy) Quality Systems & Audit, Project Support etc.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be employed in Body Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme . Main responsibility area will be Weld Quality / Production ( Welding Technology, Production Processes) Quality Systems & Audit, Project Support .
- Expertize in Welding Quality together with Body Production processes
- Development of New Inspection Technologies & Inspection Equipments
- Improvement of Body Accuracy thru deep analysis of production processes and panel accuracy
- Lead division wide Abnormality / Change Management activities
- Support Project Activities
