QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· University degree in Engineering ( Metallurgical , Mechanical or Industrial)
· Min 2 years experience in Steel processing is preferable
· Ability to work with customers and employees,
· Ability to perform problem analysis and problem solving
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Good command of English
· Good command of MS Office applications
· Having driving licence and active driver
· No military obligation for male candidates
· Reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli
· SAP (MM and QM modules) knowledge
· ISO 9001 experience
· APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA knowledge
· Managing QPR / 8D reports for customers
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our succesfull candidate will ;
· Be responsible contact person to the customers and suppliers in all quality related issues.
· Support production lines and segments as a part of process chain,
· Follow-up of KPI's and improvement of the processes
· Be writing technical and management related reports
· Response to the customer's special requests
· Initiate corrective actions for problems and follow up the improvements,
· Support continuous improvement process
· SAP modules’ data follow and control
· Manage the sustainability of Quality Management System (ISO 9001) about the quality process
· Prepare PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP documents with the responsible departments
· Respond to customers’ claims in time with appropriate QPR / 8D format
