QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Toyota Boshoku Turkiye is one of the main production bases of Toyota Boshoku Group in Europe & Africa, which has around 100 sites in 24 countries around the world with over 44 thousand employees.

With an annual production capacity of over 280 000 vehicle sets, our exports reach as far as the whole of the European continent and Africa.

Qualifications:

· University degree in Mechanical, Electric/Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering,

· At least 2 years of experience in Automotive or Automotive sub-contractor industry,

· Experience in process development for new product and new product introduction,

· General knowledge about mechanical and electrical systems,

· Experience in hydraulic circuits, mechanical & pneumatic systems,

· Knowledge of Robotic & Process Automation system,

· Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Digital transformation,

· Knowledge of Process Flow, Lean Production,

· Autocad, Solidworks and/or Catia software knowledge is a plus,

· Experience with IATF-16949 Quality System is plus

· Analytical thinking and strong reporting, organizational skills and attention to details

· Ability to propose creative and pro-active problem solving

· Ability to function both independently and in a team environment

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Ms Excel, MS Powerpoint, Ms Access ..etc.),

· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

· Able to travel abroad for training/business,

· Driving license with experience,

· Completed military service for male candidates,

· Living or able to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli (izmit).

Job Description:

· Ensuring the responsibility for the definition of the complete process for the projects,

· Planning and implementing new products and changes to manufacturing process,

· Propose the adaptation of the product to optimize the process in the respect of the schedule of conditions produced and to guarantee robust solutions,

· Controlling updates of the engineering procedures and standards,

· Reporting and preparing Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, Layouts, APQP activities responsible for any changes of products or equipment from engineering changes,

· Review processes and procedures on an on-going basis for safety, quality and production efficiency,

· Preparing technical specifications for new machines, managing its launching process,

· Ensuring order is placed and managing order status for new and existing products designing tools, apparatus & fixtures,

· Responsible from Process Control system, Plant Reliability/Maintenance and Improvement projects,

· Planning, developing and improving production methods and industrial processes,

· Standardization of production processes, machines and equipment,

· Participating in new project team meetings, managing & following new projects to sustain project status,

· Analyzing feasibility of the new products, determining the production processes, necessary tools , equipment and investments,

· Following up serial production problems, creating permanent / temporary resolutions,
