QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree (BS/MS) in Industrial / Mechanical / Management Engineering or related disciplines
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, and able to work in a team environment
- Flexible, and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English (Interviews will be conducted in English)
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Adapazarı or Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
To be employed in Purchasing Department, which is responsible for purchasing of all non-production related investments, materials and services required for our Manufacturing Plant in Adapazarı.
Successful candidates will be responsible from:
- Leading all the commercial relationship between Toyota and the suppliers which are located all over Turkey and Europe.
- Working together with suppliers closely and reach optimum price level.
- Large Scale contracts evaluation and proposal development.
- Development of existing purchasing systems & process, data analysis and reportings.
