QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering
- Willing to be developed in Supply chain management areas
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be employed in Production Control Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme . Main responsibility area will be daily parts order management and supplier communication for mass production.
- Order / Forecast / Stock Management with just in time principle
- Daily supplier / Logistics partner / shop communication
- New projects readiness & smooth old model end
- Step up projects follow up / implementation / stabilization
- Kaizen minded abnormality elimination in every step of total supply chain
