QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Production Engineer” for Production Engineering Section in our production plant in Sakarya/Hendek
Qualifications
- University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering Department
- Newly graduated or maximum 3 years of work experience
- Excellent command of English (interviews will be conducted in English)
- Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic,
- Flexible, and able to adapt to learn PDS (Production of Daikin System) methods and philosophy
- Knowledge of Kaizen, 6S , VSM , Lean and/or TPM activities is preferred,
- Good knowledge of MS office programs,
- AutoCad knowledge
- No restriction for travel in and out of country,
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Driving licence (class B).
- Willing to live in Sakarya
Job Description
- Support the head of section to achieve objectives of the team & company,
- Take active role in new model projects,
- Improve production line performance on cost/quality/efficiency/ergonomics/safety.
- Follow-up on going projects with project members,
- Cooperation and coordination of solution partners like engineering companies/sub-contractors for project ramp up and implementation phases
- Continuous improvement and development of lean manufacturing solutions including realization of projects,
- Maintaining lean manufacturing activities like 6S, Kaizen, SMED.
