QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other related disciplines
- Willing to be developed in Project Management area (Professional PM experience is not required)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be employed in Production Control Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme . Main responsibility area will be Project Management & New Business in line with Toyota's short to mid term business policies & production plan.
- Product cost reduction ideas coordination & implementation
- Project management of new business accessory parts introduction
- Report related PPM metrics (KPIs) & develop improvement plans
