QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronic or Aeronetical Engineering Departments
- Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Capable of design & analysis tools (e.g. : Catia, Solidworks, Ansys etc.)
- No restriction to travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya
Job Description:
Successful candidate will be employed in Assembly Division and join the Toyota New Graduate Development Programme.
- Main responsibility area will be Process Development inline with Toyota’s short to mid term business policies & production plan.
- Analyze production processes and identify improvement requirements in line with Toyota Production System.
- Plan & implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices.
- Design, manufacturing and commissioning of new equipment
- Drive communication and report progress and result KPI's within the team and management.
