QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical & Material, Mechatronics Engineering
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English
- Excellent command of MS Office programs
- Team player and interpersonal
- Strong communication,facilitation,presentation,reporting and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, flexible and proactive
- Result and customer oriented
- Understanding production cost which includes waste, downtime, scrap and re-work
- Experience of FMEA, process improvement and error proofing techniques
- Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
- Plan and organise maintenance, respond to breakdowns, report downtime and possible trends.
- Maintain statistical records includes downtime, quality issue.
- Reduce variability in production by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
- Maximize productivity of machineries and workers.
- Follow spesifications and quality control measures.
- Train, supervise and manage production workers.
